Randy Whitehead & Company, L.L.C., is a private equity real property investment and asset management firm that is primarily engaged in the management of real property investment portfolios and real estate development projects as an asset & portfolio manager. We primarily invest proprietary equity capital for our own portfolio and our principals’ portfolios, as well as with our select limited partners in single and multi-asset real estate investment portfolio companies. We may acquire an investment that has been previously constructed and stabilized or we may develop the property from initial concept such as a build-to-core, or develop on behalf of a third party such as a build-to-suit and leaseback. On other occasions, we may develop properties as consulting developer on a fee basis or joint venture basis for a property owner that would like to develop their property but does not have the expertise on staff to do so. In all scenarios, our primary objective is to hold the asset for long-term investment purposes with continual cultivation to enhance asset value.
