Oliana Development was founded in September 2017. The company's mission is to create sustainable, transit orientated housing for the San Fransisco Bay Area.
We want to be part of the solution regarding the Bay Area housing crisis and will focus our efforts on “unlocking” housing potential through Entitlements, Development and adaptive reuse of underutilized lots.

We will also be pursuing value add opportunities such as acquisition and rehabilitation of apartment buildings.
