I was an investor back in 2008. I owned some rentals and did some wholesaling.

I am getting back into real estate investing and looking to focus on rehabs at this time.  Since it's been years since I last invested, I am looking to network and re-educate myself in investing.

I am focused on SE end of Houston (Friendswood, League City, Galveston), however I am open to all areas depending on the deals.
