I am just beginning in Real Estate Investing and am want to develop both relationships with other REI's while learning more about local markets, trends, etc, but also want to develop a broad base of cash buyers, sellers, investor friendly real estate agents, closing agents, GC's, handymen (& women), and anyone else willing to help a new guy out.

I am motivated for a multitude of reasons, number one being I have no retirement savings to speak of.  I want to start out wholesaling, then moving into flipping / rehabbing, then look at where my best opportunities lie from there.
