At 46 I'm beginning a new career in real estate investing.  I am starting out as a wholesaler with short term goals  of turning 4-5 houses a month and long term goals of 15 or more per month.  The more I learn, the more I hope to diversify the types of investments I do.

I am very much looking forward to getting my first deal under my belt, helping us both make money, and ultimately helping the property owner.
