I am looking to invest in Northern Indiana (Lake County, Porter County, LaPorte County). I am looking for off-market properties to either wholesale or rehab and wholetail.
The Indiana markets I will be active in will include Michigan City, Portage, Valparaiso, Hammond, Crown Point, Whiting, Munster, Schererville, Merrillville, St. John, South Haven, Chesterton, LaPorte and many other Northern Indiana cities, towns and villages.
