I started investing in real estate in 2014. Prior to real estate I worked for a national design-build contractor and for a global energy engineering corp.   I started rehabbing and building luxury homes and took a break after 2015 oil crash. I started buying again in mid-2018 with a new strategy to focus on quicker turnaround project with less cost. Currently my focus is on $150k – $250k ARV properties with quick turnaround, i have a couple of larger project ongoing as well.
