Colby Hager, owner of Capstone Homebuyers in San Antonio, TX has been a professional real estate investor since 2007.  After graduating from Texas A&M University, he relocated to San Antonio and began buying and renovating dilapidated houses.  He has worked with the City of San Antonio’s Office of Historic Preservation to keep remodels period-appropriate.  He also owns and manages a portfolio of residential rental property including single-family and multi-family housing.
