David Clinton has a passion for solving problems and creatively helping people in the Inland Northwest with tough real estate situations. After dropping out of high school at the age of 15, he began taking the bus to college. In between classes, he would walk to a local CPA firm to work there on a part-time basis. David graduated from Biola University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He earned raises, accolades, and thank you’s for his hard work and innovation at various companies over the years before starting up his own in 2005.

In 2013 he decided to devote himself to helping people out of tough real estate situations. Rather than focusing directly on making money, he aims to address the needs of the people he gets to meet. In most cases he is able to help the homeowner, improve the neighborhood, and earn a living in the process. David maintains an active interest in philanthropy, business and financial problem-solving, and creating win-win outcomes.
