At Hayes Realty, we offer all-inclusive property management for a flat fee of 7% of the monthly gross rent. Our property management service covers everything from tenant screening and placement, routine inspections, accounting and monthly reports, coordination of maintenance services, rent collection, emergency maintenance support, and more, for a flat rate of 7%. We never charge re-letting fees, advertising fees, placement fees, or any other kind of fee for property management. There are no upfront costs, we do not get paid until there is a qualified tenant in your home paying rent.
