Mesa Properties started when founder, Steve Shwetz, began buying investment properties in the Inland Empire and High Desert and needed a good property management company to step in and take over. Unable to find what he was looking for, Steve decided there was a need for an owner-centered property management company in the market. Mesa Properties began as a property management company created by a landlord, for landlords.
