Since our inception in 2016, One Lone Chimney Properties has been focused on identifying prime areas for real estate investment.

In doing so we are able to quickly capitalize on opportunities to purchase valuable real estate assets. Currently we are focusing on the mid-west and eastern United States however we are always on the lookout for great deals anywhere in the US.

In 2017 we added Private Money Lending to our services. Should we not take on the project ourselves we have access to over 300 lenders across the USA to help you out with your financing needs.

New in 2018 is our Lien Abatement Certification. This allows us to engage with the key players in a city in order to help clean up nuisance properties.
