Quick Close Houses was founded in 2005. We invest primarily in single family homes in and around the San Antonio area, as well as in Dallas and Houston. We have recently started to explore development opportunities in Puerto Rico as well. We specialize in purchase and rehab, lease purchase as well as wholesaling.
