Sasquatch Industries has been making strides in REI since 2012. We mainly purchase and rehab properties in Colorado, although we do occasionally have out of state dealings. Most of our investments conform to the standard long-term buy and hold strategy, although we have been known to be creative in order to find hidden value. We are active in our communities and interested in potential partnerships.
