Simon Chan has been investing in real estate since 2008. He is currently an investor partner in several multifamily properties across different States that total over 1,711 units with a combined value of more than $154,000,000.

He has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance. He believes the path to preserve and grow long term wealth is through acquiring and re-positioning commercial income producing real estate including multifamily properties, mobile home parks, and self storage.

He values the importance and power of teamwork and team synergy, and a firm believer that a well assembled team can achieve much bigger results than collectively as individuals. He formed Simon Investment Group to connect with other investors sharing similar goals and help accredited investors grow their wealth through real estate.
