We grew up in Columbus and still live here. We're loyal Buckeyes fans and and still try to get to at least a couple games per year at the horseshoe! We buy houses here as investments. We are raising our family here, and have an interest in buying and improving homes and communities. Many of the ‘investors' you may find on the internet are large corporations- many don't even have a presence in Columbus! They're large corporations (sometimes even outside Ohio and U.S.) that have no vested interest in our community.
