Lynn Boyer is a real estate investor/entrepreneur who has been buying and selling properties for more than 15 years.  After graduating college with a degree in Business, Lynn went on to receive his CPA, Certified Public Accountant license.  He is also a Texas Real Estate Broker.

Lynn began his real estate career in the DFW area as an investor in single family homes.  He then broadened his experience and strategy by including multifamily and commercial properties in his investment portfolio.  His real estate experience has allowed him to build several successful businesses, both personally owned and with partners.

His rental experience provides him with expertise in dealing with all facets of property management; leasing, tenant issues, property rehab.  His extensive experience in property rehabs has provided him with expert knowledge in the end-to-end process of house flipping, including locating a discounted property, flip-funding, expense management and marketing.
