I am a general contractor with 34 years of experience in the construction industry. My main focus has been residential projects from ground-up design and construction to remodels and additions. Over the 34 years I have developed my company into a multi-faceted construction company. Not only do we do most of the work with in-house labor but we also sell most of the supplies and materials to complete the job. Now that I am getting older I am looking for ways to create more passive income streams. One of the ways I believe is to to design and build an upscale mixed use rental community. The design I have created includes 360 apartment units and 72 single-family style units. The project includes over 200 self-storage units on-site with easy access for the tenants.
