My wife Kimchi and I are both military veterans; I retired from Army Aviation in 2016 and began in business. I’ve owned and operated an Amazon Delivery Partnership since 2020 in Greenwood, IN, where we continue to reside, here in the greater Indianapolis market. We’ve owned and then rented several properties during our tenure in the military, but we are now launching Freedom Alliance Properties LLC, as we are now moving seriously into the real estate investing business. We desire to operate in a full capacity, from wholesaling, to long term rentals, fix and flips, BRRRs, and property management to support not only our properties, but other investors’ properties in the area. We are eager to learn and appreciate any opportunities to find other real estate investors, and opportunities to access (and in the future, to provide) private money lending.
