David started in real estate after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, wanting to buy a rental property for passive income. Ultimately he made the DealMachine app to speed up the manual process of driving for deals. In addition to running DealMachine as his main business, he actively invests in his local market and offers deals to others who want to invest in Indianapolis.
