My name is David Siu and I am 27 years young and hungry for an opportunity. I have a Bachelor’s degree in business accounting and currently work in corporate accounting in the Technology Industry in San Francisco Bay Area.  This however, is not my passion and purpose. I am ready for change.
My goal is to transition into Real Estate investing with a focus on property acquisition and management.  I would like to use the funding to establish and register an LLC corporation, purchase a multifamily property, and manage the tenants. The goal will be to expand this portfolio and develop a profitable sustainable business.
The Mission: to purchasing affordable properties to manage providing excellent service to my tenants. I believe in building strong relationships through communication, honesty, and hard work.
