I am a physical therapist who has focused on being the best and most skilled therapist for the beginning years of my career. I understood I can help people with my career but see real estate as a greater way of scaling the ability to help others. I started with a purchase of a 2b/2b condo to live in a rent the room. I have a goal to help each one of my 3 little sisters into real estate and passive income. The cliff notes version of my goal is “I want my passive income to be 4x my active income, I want to play golf and be getting paid.”
