I'm in the process of learning and trying to digest a lot of information – “the devil is in the details”.

Right NOW. I need connections. Build relationships. OPM. Credible and high-integrity contractors (which I've been left with an impression are harder to find), Title Companies that work with investors – especially if wholesaling (real estate agents I know) that initially would help me wholesale and or possibly flip for cash flow to address risk management in the short term. As that would increase, then address more cash flow, buy and hold for rental income Single Family, Duplex, Quads, and eventually larger Multi-Family. I would like to start “moving the needle” – but measure twice, cut once. This is the overall direction.
