I’m a beginner investor trying to get my 1st wholesale deal. I just brought my 1st investment property. A duplex and I’m house hacking. So hopefully I can get (2) more quadplexes to make 10 units in the next couple of years. That’s the plan. Then I want to build ground up 8 units apartments.
