I grew up in a Real Estate Family outside of Annapolis Maryland. I got my Real Estate license in 1981 at the University of Maryland. I left the industry as an agent in 1985 and became a flight attendant. I started purchasing rental homes and went back into real estate full-time after 9/11. With 23 recent years in the Real Estate business and extensive background in purchasing and selling Real Estate I recently relocated to the East coast of Florida and currently have a 59 unit -15 acre development with 1200 feet on the Atlantic ocean and 700 feet on the Indian river with 26 boat slips and a full rental program with Mainsail and Marriot luxury homes and villas.
