If ANYONE can assist me here, I'd be most grateful! Have a deal, 1992 doublewide home on lot, lady is $30k in debt, it has been vacant for 3 years. She has payments of $502 month and wants to save her credit but wants out.Quit claim deed? How to get it and yet cover my butt? It needs quite a bit of work, clean up some gutting.
