Hello!

I'm very aware that I'm completely out of my depth here, and need all the help I can get. I did a short course in Real Estate Investing and want to start out with Wholesaling. I'm someone who needs all the facts in hand before diving into something, so I'm trying to figure it all out. Would appreciate anyone who has the time and interest in getting someone started…

I live in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm a full time Film Teacher and would like to find deals in Jacksonville.

I hope to hear from someone, and get some guidance on how to start this.
