Investors now have an advantage with new DSCR programs where you put 20% down and it requires No -tax returns, No W2's or 1099 (No income verification). Program approved l income either current renters or off of proposed lease or appraisal rent schedule. Must be for investment properties purchase or cash out refinance on SFR single Family, Duplex, Tri-Plex, Quad-Plex (1-4 Unit) with just 20% down or 75% MAX LTV cash out. An alternative for people who are just starting a business, switching form W2-1099 and have less then (2) years employment or had to many deductions.
