There are a few scenarios in which Recuva Hacker Solutions might be able to assist you in recovering the funds sent to your Blockchain.com DeFi Wallet, Blockchain.com Account, or Blockchain.com Exchange Account. Not all recovery efforts are equal; some may only take a short amount of engineering time to recover, while others may take much longer. For this reason, they are only able to attempt to recover funds over the value of $300 in the case of a simple recovery or over $3,000 for complicated recoveries. Upon successful completion of this work, Recuva Hacker Solutions will keep 10% of the recovered funds and return the remaining 90% to the original deposit address or to your Blockchain.com Account where security permits. In certain cases, the recovered funds will be returned to the original sender's address. If the deposit originated from another platform, you will need to contact that platform for further assistance accessing the funds once their work has been completed.
For cases in which the unique deposit memo or tag is incorrect or missing, they might ask you to make another minimum deposit of 1 XLM/XRP from the same address that the missing deposit originated from, but with your correct memo/tag included. This is so they can verify that you are the owner of the depositing account before they return any lost funds to that address.
