What is your favorite real estate investing books? It seems like everyone you ask says “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” I liked the Millionaire Real Estate Investor series along with “Flip” by Rick Villani and Clay Davis. What was your favorite books for real estate investors? It could be anything that helped you out in any way.
Corina Eufinger | @corina-eufingerI love Millionaire Real Estate Investor like you mentioned. Tax Free Wealth by Tom Wheelwright is a good read. It's specialized book but I learned a lot about the tax code from it.
I think Rich Dad is a great entrepreneur book…but I wouldn't consider it a real estate book. For entrepreneur books I LOVED The One Thing by Gary Keller. I want to read it again…and again. I'm reading Built to Last by Jim Collins right now. Fantastic read!
Alexa Jones | @alexa-jonesMillionaire Real Estate Investor and What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow are good books. I during my real estate agent course read these two.
Corina Eufinger | @corina-eufinger@alexa-jones, hadn't hear of What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cashflow. I'll have to check it out.
Steve | @steve-vaughanNothing Down by Robert Allen.
Old school. Gets the creative juices flowing!Corina Eufinger | @corina-eufingerNothing Down, I'm adding that one to the read list definetely.

Russell | @russell-barnesonMy favorite real estate book is The ABCs of Real Estate by Ken Mcelroy.
Ken really has some great advice for beginners and has somewhat made a blueprint for how to invest in real estate.

Stephen | @stephen-keigheryRich Dad poor Dad started everything from me. I know it is cliché so I will offer something different. Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss. While not about real estate it will give you the best skill to succeed in Real Estate – Negotiation.
