Have completed a few projects involving single family fix and flip, buy and hold, wholesaling and lease options.

Assist hundreds of investor/clients purchase and sell their renovated properties for full market value.

Real Estate Goals:

Short term goal is to buy and hold 2 properties per year.

Long term goal is to generate passive income by acquiring a mixture of small apartment buildings and single family homes cash-flowing a minimum of 20k per month.
