In 2013 I attended a case study at a local education and mentoring group and signed up for a 2 day weekend seminar. The information provided was very solid and convincing enough to upgrade to a membership for single family and multi family real estate investing. With the goal of buy, fix and hold I have purchased rental properties for income and never looked back.
