I am 48 years old single male, was a general contractor for many years as well as a Journeyman Electrician for several years.  I have the knowledge and experience to build or remodel any home myself from start to finish. I got burned out on working for other people flipping houses when I know I could do it better. I know how to inspect and evaluate a home quickly to tell if it is a good prospect and I know how and where to get the best deals on materials and how to get the most out of my sub contractor costs. I have been working on and remodeling houses my whole life its what I do for fun after work.
