Started getting interested about 2004 when I first seen a Carlton Sheets infomercial. Bought the program with a hundred bucks I borrowed (irony) and proceeded to engulf myself in it and ended up watching everything about a hundred times. Went into my first contract a couple years later and subsequentially got out of it just before the RE crash. Felt like the right move, but I never thought about it again till 15 years later and realized that I was on to something and maybe should have stuck with it. Can't change the past, so getting back it was/is a viable option. I've been piling as much in my brain as possible the last 5 months and its time to stop messing around and make some deals. Open to advice from anyone who really knows north from south and isn't going to purposefully try to steer me away from the best paths. I'm capable, motivated, have decent credit and collateral and I'm bored. Started taking my pre-cert class to get licensed. Figured why not?!
