I have been in the mortgage industry for 21 years,  originating and managing teams in both sales and on the fulfillment side of the business.  I know conventional lending inside and out but was ready to learn something new, which lead me to helping investors finance their projects using Private Money or Hard Money loans.  It has been great to learn a new side of the industry and far more rewarding than I expected.

I believe, in order to be extremely successful in this business, I need to limit the number of investors I partner with, which allows me to truly understand their needs so I can seamlessly provide them with financing options to fit their individual goals.

Financing should be a simple, stress free, step in the buying process.
