As a former lender with over 25 years of banking experience, I transitioned in 2016 from lender to realtor. Because of this, I am able to use my lending experience to help home buyers navigate the in's and out's of selling, purchasing, and negotiating the sale of a home while also assisting the new homeowner with the down payment for the home as well as negotiate the closing cost with the seller. Most of my buyers only need a deposit, inspection, and appraisal to purchase a new home.
