I've been working as a real estate agent for the last 8 years, which the first 6 years I was working a full time job and when Covid hit I decided to go at it full time. Unfortunately I got railroaded into the rea estate agent trap but initially always wanted to wholesale, fix and flip and buy and hold which is what I'm focusing on now.
