Hello my name is Josh,

I am Enlisted in the USN and have served 3 years, I am 22 years old and probably a well rounded smart 22 year old when it comes to finding good deals.  Next year I am getting out to peruse a full time career in real estate, as a investor,  as real estate agent.

I would say that my customer service is out of this world. I am not a moody person I am never sad and never let a bad day affect me. I enjoy making people laugh and smile and help brighten peoples day. I was really good at working in fast food restaurants and I would get tips based on my service. These were not jobs you are suppose to get tips, but because I referred them to a good menu item or gave them idea of putting things together they appreciated that.

I got into real estate the day my friend told me he bought a house with 0 money down with the VA loan and then told me after 6months he was able to cash out refi. 100k I thought to my self what am I doing wrong, that's the day I began my research in the field I have not even begun and I have already fell in love with it.

Middle of May 2018, I will have my real estate license.
