Have been in the Design + Build Industry over 30 years.  Received my Architectural Degree from University of Florida.  Am a Registered Interior Designer (RID) in GA & TN.  Have owned and operated my Interior Architecture | Interior Design firm in Atlanta, GA for the past 24 years.  Have done a personal Remodel/Flip on Anna Maria Island several years ago.  Grew up in Lakeland, FL – where I am currently – would like to begin Real Estate Investing and want to start by Wholesaling.  Need to make connections in the Metro Tampa/Central Florida area (Polk County if possible).  Will be looking for End-Buyers for this area.
