I originate and arrange financing ($150k to $5MM) for the acquisition, development, refinancing and repositioning of commercial and multifamily real estate. My tailored investor loans include bridge, small balance commercial mortgages (most property types), landlord rental portfolio, foreign national – to fund a broad range of commercial and residential real estate projects and meet the diverse needs of investors.
