I am a Realtor with Max Broock in Birmingham and have several clients looking for investment properties. My husband and I are also looking for investment properties to flip or to rent, we flipped one house last year and I really enjoyed the process. The only access I really have to properties right now is the MLS so I am hoping to find properties at a better price through this website.
