My personal strength is in the planning, establishment and design of Sustainable Community Developments and Isolated Community Service Centers in third world and developing nations. Recent events in West Africa have left me in a difficult situation and a certain number of projects unfinished. However, this also opens up a commercial opportunity for the development and ownership of 3600 hectares of Private Island land for the right investment group. Ideally, this project will focus on Sustainable Development, though it will remain commercial in nature. I am also the author of a book on Whole System Sustainable Development, but if you will settle for electronic copies, I am happy to provide that for free. The more important goal is rebuilding, including a massive land development project.
I am in the early stages of seeking out a means to create a world class Golf Resort and a Systemically Sustainable Development Project within the Verde Island Passage of the Philippines. This will include 3600 Hectares of Private Island location. While my financial resources are limited, there is a lot that I can bring to the table and I will start with that, in order I hope, to prove the merits of such an undertaking and how viable the project will be for the proper Investment Firm.
I can ensure all of the requisite cooperation of the Philippine government including licensing, clearance and other issues regarding construction and secure all of the necessary guarantees that the project construction and operations can continue unimpeded.

I can provide all of the requisite documentation throughout the entire process of planning, design, implementation and construction, including Economic Impact, Environmental Impact, Humanitarian Impact and other studies and plans.
I can leverage assets upon the completion, to allow for the trade of asset backed securities and an expansion of investment and diversification of investment portfolio for the investor, to increase both holdings and returns without the need for an IPO or public ownership.
I can ensure the full and complete cooperation of the indigenous tribes who are currently “squatting” on the island properties, most notably with the inclusion of the sustainable portion of development and for most continued service and other basic personnel requirements.
