I am very excited about real estate. My family has been involved for years and I have been educating myself. I have acquired a rental property for dirt cheap $8k, rehabbed with my own money and have a renter. I am applying the BRRRR method to this particular property and in thew refinance stage of it. I am looking to wholesale, co-wholesale, JV, fix and flip and bird dog. Please advise.
