I have personally owned a couple short term and long term rental.  Fixed up homes and sold them.  As a Realtor I have helped investors purchase investment properties.  I am now have my Mortgage Loan Officer license and am able to help investors with funds to purchase investment and flip properties.  I am also interested in learning more to further my personal real estate investment experience.
