I'm both a new and old Investor. I started as a builder back in 2005 with buying land and building new homes as a side gig. I  then rehabbed and flipped a couple properties. After the 2008 crash I stepped away and only got back into Real Estate Investing in 2018. I would like to become a full time investor.
