My name is Rickey E. Paul, I started my Business over 23 years ago.   I started as Home Inspector and my wife joined the Business as it grew into the Property Management Business in 2007.  In 2009, I achieved my NYS Real Estate Broker's License.   I have worked with Property Investors since.   In 2019, I bought into the Real Estate  but with personal evictions on serving other Investors I sold all 8 properties.

We want to help other Investors with Managing and helping them with the New Landlord/Tenant Laws that revolve almost every month.   We know about the NYS Building Codes, Property Management Laws and the NYS Real Estate Laws.  We want to help others.

Education:  I have a 2 year Associate Degree in Fire Science with Building Code Enforcement Certification.  I am also a NYS Licensed Home Inspector with over 30 years experience of inspecting buildings.   I also have over 30 experience in Rehabbing Properties.   I am a HUD Consultant.  I have done HUD Rehab Inspections for 15 years.

My wife is our Office Manager.  She has an Associate Degree in Business Management with a strong accounting background.   She manages the Office, collects Rents and does the Papers of Eviction Process Servicing.

We both understand the New Landlord/Tenant Laws and changes since June 2019.    We are here to service your Real Estate Needs and help you make wise Investments.
