We (The F-Tranzacts Group) are a Private Lending facility. While we don't use or publish a loan matrix, our rates range from 9.35% to 14.99%; interest-only payments; 1-20 year terms(as the case may be); and no prepayment penalties. We rarely deny a deal due to poor credit or even no credit, if the equity is there. The better the credit, the better the terms we can offer.  We don’t have any fixed loan minimums or maximums but the basic range is between $5,000,000.00 – $75,000,000.00+.

Our objective is to build long-term, mutually rewarding relationships with our borrowers. We have a long list of loan products and handle most of our requests on a case-by-case basis. Time is of the essence and we value your time, We begin by asking you what type of loan you are interested in and we give you detailed information on that particular product. In addition to our standard commercial private mortgage loan, we have a specialized ‘boutique’ construction and development funding facility. We may be able to assist with additional access to funds for larger development transactions. We aim to provide a tailored lending solution for each of our borrowers.
