Hello everyone

I am very new to real estate investing. Very new, looking to get my first property under contract, or purchasing my first rental property. I am currently a Registered nurse and I live in Michigan. I am about mid way through my nursing career and started thinking more about retirement and how I wanted to leave my family. Decided that I wanted to start investing in property. So for most of this year I have been researching, listening to podcast and reading about different types investment opportunities and how to get started. I am looking forward to learning even more.
