How is everyone doing? I'm Shannon Johnson, I start learning about real estate as a adolescence, my father was a retired CMSGT. in the Air Force and did real estate investing on the side. Although at the time I didn't follow through, I had other ideas of working in manufacturing business. Until he passed away, I decided to grasp the reins yet at a later time, in 2019-2021 around the time Covid hit. Long story short, I'm a late bloomer, this time my son and I are going to pick up where my father left off, an ride this journey together in becoming a successful duo in the real estate investing. Currently we are working full time jobs, I've done 12 years working in a foundry (Grede), worked a few warehouse positions, now a supervisor at Lowes home improvement and my son specialize in property restoration. I have been to many real estate seminars, tax lien code seminars, commercial seminars but lack of mentorship was what failed me, along with everyday life happenings. Hard work, dedication, and commitment plays a big role in real estate, I plan to quit the 9-5  daily job and make this a full time business once we get the ball going.
