I actually offer pre-trained VA's to real estate investors but for administrative stuff only – like marketing, etc. We went through a period of time where theyVA's would do cold calling but to be quite honest the language barrier is the biggest challenge. They're very personable, but the cold-calling prospects just aren't very receptive.
